Located at the junction of the state’s most acclaimed wine grape regions (the legendary Hill Country and the Texas High Plains) on Texas Highway 16 in Comanche, Brennan Vineyards is a picturesque escape into Texas history. Our fertile vineyards produce Sophisticated Wines with Texas Roots; varietals such as Cabernet, Syrah, Viognier and Nero D' Avola. Taste our award-winning wines (won at major international competitions) at the McCrary House Tasting Room & Gift Shop, one of the oldest remaining homesteads in Texas, a landmark designated by the Texas Historical Commission. Afterward, take a self-guided tour of our state-of-the-art winery. The Austin House Events Center, with space for dining, dancing and reception activities is perfect for weddings, corporate retreats, intimate concerts or other special events. Wine dinners are held on the second Friday of each month except August, featuring chefs Steve Harris and Steven Puckett. – Description from Kursulla

  • Brennan Vineyards Viognier 2010

    Snoothrank:

Very soft on entry, this has a caramel edge to the fruit which follows through with the fig promise of the nose. There are gentle floral notes, but this is mostly a dense, figgy wine with soft hints of honeysuckle in the mouth and a very... Read More

  • Brennan Vineyards Viognier 2008

    Snoothrank:

A Southern France grape with a Texas twist. Aroma with a strong citrus and grass nose. Taste of citrus, lemon, and peaches with a waxy mouth feel which really adds to the wine. Completely un-oaked. Read More
