Soils, microclimates, and vineyard practices are the major contributing factors for world class wine. The very finest wines in the world have one thing in common: They are all estate-grown and estate-bottled, meaning that they are crafted entirely from grapes grown on the winery’s own property where they are vinified and bottled on the premise.
