Sierra Cantabria and Rioja are obviously known for their red wines, but they do have some wonderful blancos. This Organza is beyond wonderful. A mix of the common Rioja blanco grapes: viura, malvesia and grenache blanco, it must be the oak that provides the richness that so differentiates this wine from its peers. Great with paella!
