The Romans have already known the ideal location of our bodega in 123 B.C., who were the first to grow vine on the ground where nowadays stands Can Vidalet. The area around Pollensa in the north of Mallorca is among one of the oldest winegrowing regions of the island. When the current owners started to cultivate the land, they found remains of vines and installations proofing that there had been viniculture hundreds of years ago. So, after a very long period of fallow, the first vines on these historic hills were planted in 1996. Today, we produce fresh and fruity wine with multifaceted aroma, made of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc varieties of grapes.
