Blason de Bourgogne is a cooperative representing 800 growers and producers throughout the various parts of Burgundy, France. The wines represent each grape grown in the region and reflect their respective terroir. Wines like Mercurey, Hautes Cotes de Nuit, Hautes Cotes de Beaune, Chablis, Ruilly, Beaune, Pouilly Fuisse, etc. are all covered under the one label.
