This is an absolutely lovely NV Brut Rosé. Like with all of Billecart-Salmon's Champagnes, it is well balanced and composed - nice mousse, nice fruit, nice minerality and acidity - it's just very very nice! Recommended

really beautiful light brick colour, but I think this bottle was not at its best, so I will have to taste another one!
Dry and delicate, with soft fruit undertones. Excellent.
