The Bellini family is part of an old land-holding family which, at the end of the 19th century, began to distribute in the area the products from its farms, with special attention to its wines. In the 1950s Carlo Bellini developed the business, expanding  the sale of wines in Italy and Europe. Today his daughters, Letizia and Alessandra Bellini, and his nephew, Maurizio Masi, continue his work, consolidating the traditional European markets and extending sales overseas where Bellini wines have become known and appreciated.

Bellini wines are made from local grapes, in part from their own lands and in part purchased from nearby farms following a careful selection. The winery is directed by Maurizio Masi who, after earning his degree in Industrial Chemistry, worked alongside his uncle Carlo in the family business and continues today to combine tradition with organizational and technological renewal to produce ever better wines.
