Enjoyed this on 5 May, 2012 with home smoked salmon fillet at our weekend house. My oldest daughter brought this bottle from the wine yard in Tasmania back in December 2012. Very nice "new zealandish" pinot with ripe raspberry, blue berry, light vanilla and cedar. Highly enjoyable now, but could improve with one-two years of cellaring. Read More
