Bargetto Winery has produced handcrafted wines in the Santa Cruz Mountains read more...since 1933. As we celebrate more than 75 years of fine winemaking, our family invites you to taste our award-winning wines and experience the long tradition and dramatic beauty of this internationally-acclaimed appellation. We welcome you to visit our historic Soquel winery and tasting room in this distinctive region of mountain vineyards and coastal breezes. Or visit our tasting room in Monterey on Cannery Row.
Bargetto Winery's Regan Estate Vineyards is nestled in the southern foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains at 500 foot elevation. Its close proximity (7 miles) to the Pacific Ocean, overlooking the Monterey Bay, yields grapes with intense concentration of flavors and good acid structure. Limited yields also contribute to the production of rich wine, capable of extended aging.
At our Regan Estate Vineyards, we subscribe to the concept and practice of sustainable winegrowing in which farmers seek to work in harmony with nature. As winegrowers, we strive to have a minimal impact on the natural environment (air, soil, water). We live and work in a beautiful area of the world and want to preserve it for generations after us.    (hide)

This is our estate grown Chardonnay. In the nose you will find aromas of citrus, jasmine and honey. This wine was barrel aged and it shows in the palate in a delicious manner.
