Its exactly what you'd expect. I'm actually pissed I opened this...it's still got some agability left to it...I figured it was peaked or peaking. It's ribeye night, and this will go perfect. First taste - it's more piercing than i'd expect. It's tight, tannic, tart. Nice dark fruit (blackberry, rasp), with what seems like french oak - the refined kind.
