Bailey’s Irish Cream is the world’s best known cream liqueur, produced by Gilbeys of Ireland. The product launched in the early 1970’s and was the first to successfully combine and package the ingredients - essentially cream, milk, eggs, honey, chocolate and Irish whisky - in such a way that it can be stored for up to 2 years from release date without separation, added preservatives (aside from the liquor) or spoilage. Then comes sweet candy, Baileys Irish Cream, and caramel during the second hour, topped by fleeting visits of chocolate and vanilla. The palate is treated to an instantly silky mouthfeel, adorned with caramel, rapsberry, and cherry, with a nice tobacco, ta... Read More
