AutoMoto
AutoMoto is a wine produced by White Rocket Wine Company, a division of Kendall Jackson in California. The wines were specifically created to appeal to a targeted niche of Millennial-generation consumers and feature a retro cruiser driving along an open road, evoking a sense of freedom. The winemaker is Melissa Bates, who oversees production of wines made from cool-climate, coastal grapes. White Rocket was absorbed into Kendal Jackson in 2009.

I read today in the internet Wine LIst from Wine & Food that AutoMoto was using genetically modified yeast to supposedly help avoid a hangover. Because of that alone I wouldn't drink AutoMoto wines if you gave it to me! I hope the wine industry steps up to the plate and stops any GM experiments! (GM alterations of any kind is banned in Europe.)

I bought the 2005 Merlot and was astounded. Premier was selling it for $8.99 with a $3.00 sale. Wow. What a deal for a most excellent wine. This is the best wine I've had for under $20.00!
