Situated in the center of the Santa Lucia Highlands appellation is Gary Franscioni's Rosella's Vineyard. With perfect southeast exposure, the 50 acres of vineyard were planted over the course of seven years (1996-2003). • Hey everyone, what are some of your favorite 'everyday' or M-F types of wines to accompany a regular dinner?  I personally have enjoyed the Montoya Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa, and I usually pick it up from Total Wines out here in Virginia.  This is one of those fruit-forward cabs that isn't too complex for me to appreciate, and it usually cost... • Okay, things are rolling here.  I've put October 26 in Oakland on the calendar.  I'll start putting together the spreadsheets.  I'll hit up GdP and a couple winemakers that might be able to drop by and shill some wine, if that's acceptable. My expectation is that we either do it at my place, in which case we'll do duck tacos and eat standing up,...
