Ash Hollow is a boutique winery operation which focuses on producing ultra-premium quality wines. A sense of place is pervasive – the entire team focuses on producing wines that showcase the vineyards and the extraordinary terroir of Eastern Washington. Winemaking is minimalist and traditional with a new world attitude. The winemaking and viticulture teams strive to "make the wine in the vineyard," working toward growing grapes that will develop wines with little intervention. A group of colleagues enjoying the fruits of their labor - and sharing it with old friends and new. That certain something that can’t be defned by logic or science - that sense of place that makes Ash Hollow wines so special. – Description from Kursulla

  • Zinfandel, it’s no secret that I’ve carried on a long and intimate relationship with you. There is so much you have to offer. Sometimes you're a bit rough and tumble, edgy, even dangerous, while other times you’re coy or playful. But you’re always there for me, with joyous fruit, classic bramble notes and structure, allowing for early consumptio... Read More

  • When one thinks of Monprivato one can't help but think of the eponymous wine made by the Master, Mauro Mascarello and Giuseppe Mascarello. While even the name seems to imply that the vineyard is his private domain, and while he currently is in fact the sole producer of Monprivato, there was another producer who has provided us with an alternate ...
