Ardeche Louis Latour on Snooth

Tantalising nose of lightly buttered popcorn. Same on the palate but very fresh too. The oak is ever-so-subtle, perfectly balanced. A long-term favourite that never disappoints.

a nice wine that is full bodied, yet crisp, with slight hints of pineapple and then crisp apples, nice fruit, mineral, and balance. Very good value. Also try the "Grand Ardeche" for a few dollars more.

the best thing ever? no. but for roughly 8 bucks a bottle really not a bad drinkable white for a weeknight dinner at the kitchen table.
