Description 1 of 1
Arabella is a modern wine facility located in a historic property in the Robertson region of South Africa that has been in the De Wet family since the 1860s. The De Wets trace back to the original cellar master of the Dutch East India Company, Jacobus De Wet, and Arabella proudly claims its legacy via his illegitimate son. The grapes are grown at south-facing slopes, with soil moisture carefully monitored and irrigated when necessary. The main varieties grown at the property are Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot and Chardonnay. Arabella produces a range of white, red and rosé wines.
