Alma Nega (“dark soul”) is a wine that’s been produced by Ernesto Catena and Alex Bartholomaus in Mendoza, Argentina since 2003. Vineyards are located in Valle de Uco, Agrelo, La Consulta, Vistaflores, and Rivadavia, with some grapes also purchased from top area producers. Grapes are carefully selected to ensure the highest quality and best expression of the terroir. Wines are produced in a range of styles from white, red, rosé and sparkling.– Description from Amanda Schuster
