Spicey and distinct. Not bad for a merlot, with good complexity. Though the spices tend to overlap a bit, its a nice change from the overly common jammy and berry saturated reds. The tannins are not a soft as I may have liked, but the retention of oak amidst the spice was a nice tough. I say give it a try. Read More
