At Agusti Torello Mata, we have one sole objective: to produce cava at its maximum expression. Our cavas are born of the work, dreams and passion of a whole family. We select grapes from our own vineyards and those of skilled cultivators from the best subareas in the Penedes region. Thanks to the Mediterranean climate the autochthonous grape varieties, Macabeu, Xarello and Parellada are unique and have their own personality. We invest our resources in improving our viticulture techniques, our facilities and cellars in order to ensure the highest quality. – Description from dvoristanac

Well this Cava has strong bubbles. With vanilla scents and breakfast aromas such as butter, french baked bread and yeast. Complex and high acid on the mouth.
