The three estates cover a total of 600 hectares, with 170 planted to vineyard, 120 to olives, and the remainder to other agricultural crops, in particular artichokes and vegetables, which are distributed nationally and used in the food processing industry. They are: the Flaminio estate, in the Brindisi area, with 310 hectares, of which 110 are under vine; the Iore estate, in the area of San Pancrazio Salentino, with 40 hectares of vineyard; and Castelserranova, in the Carovigno area, with 312 hectares, of which 20 are being currently planted to vineyard.
Agricole Vallone has two different winemaking facilities, each with the most advanced, up-to-date equipment.
