Winemaker's Notes:

This wine starts with hand-picked grapes classically fermented between 25 and 27 degrees Celsius with select yeasts. Skin maceration took place for 15 days with daily pigeage and delestage. Malolactic fermentation was completed in tanks. Maturation took place in first and second use French oak barrels for 10 months separately before the final blend. This wine shows red violet color with bluish hues. Intense red and black fruits aromas with spicy violet and chocolate nuances. Silky beginning with great structure, soft and mature tannins. Intense fruity flavors and a persistent finish.
