It's not sweet like Asti, and it's not delicate like Prosecco. It's the Italian bubbly redux, a serious, Champagne-like wine with the full flavors of Chardonnay and a touch of yeasty complexity to suggest a little bottle age and a lot of elegance. A perfect everyday sparkler!

Sort of sweet and candied for a blanc de blanc, with sugary apple and mango flavors. On the palate there's a touch of offsetting citrus, primarily white grapefruit and orange, but the overriding characteristic is one of sweet, almost cloying white fruits. It's not bad but it's also not very zesty.
