A red wine that is perfect for the grilling or brazing. A slightly fuller bodied Zin than our previous vintage. It retains the vibrant spiciness while exhibiting a richer fruit profile. Hints of plum and fig mix with a peppery finish to create a complex and enjoyable flavor. Perfect for pairing. This complex wine is good with everything from grilled foods to Spanish tapas.

Petrol and pickles on the nose, with an almost inky mouthfeel that is dominated by delightful veggies and cherry. The finish carries tart cherries, pickle and even a touch of garlic. A nice change from sickly-sweet Zins I've had in the past.
