A rich Pinot Gris, with a pretty floral note and bright acidity enlivening flavors of dried papaya, apricot, honey, smoke and fleur de sel. This has good length and a lingering finish that echoes a lovely, juicy peach note. Drink now through 2018.
There's a hint of lychee to this white, with more typical flavors of yellow peach, honey and candied citrus peel. A strong vein of exotic spice runs through the wine, as does a laserlike acidity. This is a mouthful, with more layers and nuances at each turn. Should age beautifully. Drink now through 2025.
(14.6% alcohol, 29 g/l r.s. and 3.4 acidity; from young vines in Clos Windsbuhl) Pure, subtle fruit salad aromas lifted by stone. Very sweet and ripe, with good life in the mouth considering its low acidity (this went through ML). A fat style with modest nuance.
