Winemaker's Notes:

Percentage Grape: Monastrell 60%, Syrah 25%, Cabernet Sauvignon 15%<br/><br/>Soil: Predominance of brown limestone soil and sandy-texture, except where the crust limestone is very superficial, high content of calcium carbonate. All these aspects contribute to the low production figures per vine (average of 1,5 kg), of our vineyards, which are old and mostly unirrigated. The plots are located in "Hoya Torres" located at the north of the town of Jumilla with a altitude close to seven hundred meters. The soil is brown-crusted limestone, with great permeability and rich in calcium carbonate with an organic remains close to 2%, this combination of climate and soil is ideal for this kind of grapes.<br/><br/>Growing Climate: The climate is a mixture between continental winter and Mediterranean summer, which implies a big thermal difference, from -10°c to over 35°c. It is therefore, an area with very cold winters and very hot summers.<br/><br/>Vinification Method: This wine is produced from an exceptionally long maceration with the purpose of reaching the highest aromatic quality. After maceration, the wine is translated to French Oak barrels where malolactic fermentation takes place, and where the wine rests during nine months. After this the wine rests in the bottles during for months to get the maximum qualit<br/><br/>Bottle Type: Bordelesa Seducción<br/><br/>Alcohol Percentage: 14.5 %<br/><br/>PH: 3.70<br/><br/>Aging Time: 12 months<br/><br/>Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l<br/><br/>Total Acidity: 5.15<br/><br/>Free SO2: 29.15<br/><br/>Cork Material: Natural<br/><br/>Cork Size: 44 x 24 mm
