Cabenet Sauvignon: Originally of French origins, this versatile grape produces exceptional wines around the globe. It's usually medium to full bodied with a fine structure that supports black and red fruit flavors with typical notes of olive, chili and herbs that add complexity.

Winemakers Notes

Our 1990 Cabernet Sauvignon is showing deep, rich flavors of berries and plums which emanate from the Napa Valley vineyards from which the wine was produced. The two years of aging in 50 gallon American Oak barrels has imparted a spice that rounds out this full bodied wine.
