This Sparkling Wine is a great bottle to have on hand. There is always a reason to celebrate and this bottle hits the spot. For a non champagne based wine it is full of appricot and apple fruit. Smaller size bubbles (which is what you want), and it has a great crisp finsish. It goes great with fresh fried calamari and chinese food!!! We always have it for New Years.
Some apple fruit; only a bit of sweetness. Clean finish; great value.
Extremely dry but also tasty.
Light and bright. Dry. Citrus and golden apples flavors.
dry and yeasty with light bubbles (is that the definition of Prosecco) The flavor starts tart and then mellows but retains a tart flavor. I am thinking of green apple but the boyfriend says no, he thinks it is citrus (maybe I should let him eat more citrus fruits so he has a method of comparison) but he likes it (and this having to drink bubbly is a new thing since he has been blessed enough to date a girl who loves her bubbly). At this price point, we'd definitely buy it again.
Great as an aperitif. Large bubbles. Fun. Excellent value for money, very respectable prices.
Not too sweet. Great value!

A delicious, very popular easy-drinking sparkler from the Veneto region of Italy. This wine has pleasing citrus fruit with a touch of toast on the nose and a clean pear fruit finish.
Here’s a value worth celebrating: A thick, full-bodied sparkler with a bountiful honeydew character, light bead and fresh finish. Drink now.
Zardetto’s easy DOC Prosecco (from the newly enlarged production zone) offers a fresh and cheerful drinking experience with lime, green apple and drying mineral.
The NV Prosecco Brut shows noticeably more character as its bursts from the glass with an engaging array of aromas and flavors. It comes across as generous and expansive on the palate, with excellent length and lovely harmony. Anticipated maturity: 2008andndash;2009.
Tiny bubbles lift the light, lemon impression of this wine; it lasts with a toasty, leesy flavor thatandrsquo;s more oxidative in tone. An austere sparkler.

The NV Prosecco Brut is a richer, creamier wine than the Brut Cuvee Private. Here the fruit tends towards ripe yellow peaches, with flowers, spices and minerals that add complexity. The finish is long, generous and nicely balanced. This is Lot 1013708. Anticipated maturity: 2010andndash;2012.
In the Italian Method, with "froth capture" in big containers, Prosecco's intense and fruity bouquets enhance their original characteristics, scents of acacia flowers, wild strawberries and ripe golden apples. Prosecco's soul explodes in this Brut. The grapes come from hills bordering the DOC area whose use is a guarantee for a Sparkling Wine of refined personality. It is crystal clear, with an effervescent white froth and a fine perlage. The flavour is delicately soft and harmonic, it has a clean and pronounced character and it lingers on the palate for long time before entering the most pleasant memories.Cheese Pairings: Brie, French Camembert, ComteFood Pairings: Seafood Salad with Cilantro Dressing, Shrimp Wrapped in Prosciutto, Asparagus
