Editorial Reviews for Zardetto Prosecco Brut
Sweet and fruity on the nose with pineapple, citrus and papaya tones. Relatively simple in the mouth with pear fruit and some tropical accents. A bit short with pear and a hint of mineral on the finish. Workman-like. 83pts

Great for the price!
Very good economicaly prosecco. We really enjoy it as a change of pace from non-sparkling whites. Also makes great bellinis.
A little on the sweet side

Sweet and floral, with lime and gardenia on the nose. Nice lemon-lime flavors are tasty and just crisp enough. Finishes a touch like Sprite, with lingering tangerine and pineapple flavors.
The legend was born in the forests of the Venetian Alps. A gnome who lived in the forest went down one day to the woods around Conegliano to search for the elixir of happiness. When he came to a magician's cave, he went in and found a pot in which Prosecco grapes were fermenting. The gnome looked closely at the pot, so closely that he fell into it. To his enormous surprise, he realized that he had at last found the elixir. Lightheaded from the delicious sparkling drink, he sang and danced his way back to the forest. Thereafter, the life of the gnomes was full of life and joy and happiness.
The NV Prosecco Brut shows noticeably more character as its bursts from the glass with an engaging array of aromas and flavors. It comes across as generous and expansive on the palate, with excellent length and lovely harmony. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2009.
This is a popular and trustworthy Prosecco brand that delivers stone fruit, lemon zest, crushed sage leaf and a vitamin-mineral note at the back. There is enough complexity and crispness here to guarantee this as an anytime, anywhere wine.
Here's a value worth celebrating: A thick, full-bodied sparkler with a bountiful honeydew character, light bead and fresh finish. Drink now.
Tiny bubbles lift the light, lemon impression of this wine; it lasts with a toasty, leesy flavor that's more oxidative in tone. An austere sparkler.
The NV Brut Cuvee Private is a new entry-level wine from Zardetto that blends Chardonnay and Muscat with the Prosecco grape. It is an easygoing, floral wine with pretty notes of white peaches and good balance.
The Wall Street Journal - July 9, 2004 - Very Good - Best Value "Very clean and bracing, with a nice interplay of bubbles and minerals. A little nutty."
