Alas I cant always afford good wine This very sweet cabernet sauvignon (2010) had an aroma of rubbing alcohol. There were plenty of unnatural fruity notes - cherry and what seemed like strawberry flavoring. There could be some added sugar too. Add some club soda and this could be a wine cooler. It's still drinkable, but that is the best I can say for it.

i've been hoping to find a rosé that's not sweet. this yellow tail is nice, and even though i don't really taste the cherries, as suggested, i do like it. i get more tart apple, something i very much like in my sauvignon blancs. will try again. decent choice for my budget.

Pours a very dark red. Smell of berry and currant. Very dry finish. Really not much to this wine at all. Nothing special at all.

The Yellow Tail Cabernet Sauvignon has a touch of mint on the nose, layered over aromas of blackberries and vanilla. The palate has great length with toasted oak, ripe fruit and soft, velvety tannins.

rich plum, cassis and raspberry aromas. Subtle mint and chocolate notes are complemented by vanillin oak. The palate is bursting with red berry flavors and soft, round tannins.

Blackberry aromas from the Cabernet Sauvignon team up with ripe flavors from the Merlot, creating just the perfect blend of fruit with a hint of spice. The Cabernet creates a well balanced tannin framework with the Merlot filling out and softening the mid-palate.

Aromas of mint, blackberries, chocolate and vanilla. The smooth palate shows rich berry flavor, peppered with spice and vibrant acidity. Pair with grilled steaks and burgers.

Light on its feet, showing pleasant blackberry and herb flavors. Finishes with a mild grip of tannins. Drink now through 2013.

Soft and fruity, this is generous with its currant, blackberry and bay leaf aromas and flavors up front, narrowing on the finish. Drink now.
