Food Pairings for Yellow Tail Shiraz Cabernet
more than I expected.. very satisfying.. fresh..
good wine, smooth, great with food. An excellent table wine for the price.
Its first taste is not so good. The longer it is open, the better.
Well, I was going to buy this elegant wine bottle for my mother's 86th birthday. As she's very frail and cannot pop the cork I decided I would do it for her. Upon opening I received a very strong fecal matter aroma which penetrated into my nostril cavities causing me to violently vomit all over my mothers gifts and food. I later contacted the maker after cleaning myself up and gave them a strongly worded lecture on the fine wines. I know that I surely will not be purchasing this wine again. Hmmh.
