Food Pairings for Yellow Tail Shiraz
Surprisingly good, perfect for a weeknight dinner. Another good deal for the sub-$10 range.
This wine had a strong taste and scent of olive to me. A little too much for my taste. Perhaps this would've been a nice wine to complement a Greek or Italian dinner. I'd be willing to give Yellow Tail another try, but probably not the shiraz.

It's not "fantastic" but I wasn't expecting that for less than $6.50 a bottle - come on. For a cheap wine it's very drinkable. Probably a good bulk buy for a conservatively budgeted event.
Tastes as it costs... Too tart/bitter for my liking. Could use some body or maybe more aging... But the more you drink it the better it tastes! :o)
Not the best but a nice inexpensive wine.
Great taste for the price...it will definitely be a repeat purchase if I am looking for a cheaper wine.

Soft and round, with cherry and fresh orange peel flavors, finishing slightly sweet. Drink now.
Smooth and spicy, not tasting sweet, with a floral edge to the orange-accented berry flavors that linger on the lively finish. Drink now.
An easy wine, as sweet and red as warm raspberry jam. Give it a little chill for picnics.
Dominated by blackberry notes, this is an easy rider that you can enjoy any night. The tannins are soft, the mouthfeel smooth and the finish long. Enjoy it with some pasta.
Ripe and generous, this is another good value in Yellowtail's reserve line. Boysenberry, blueberry and delicate licorice scents work the nose, followed by sweet raspberry flavors in the mouth. Oak-derived coconut aromas seem to sit on top of the wine but may integrate better after a year in bottle.
Combines smoky, slightly acrid aromas with pretty strawberry scents and then piles juicy berries onto the palate. Finishes tart with hints of smoke and wood. For summer grilling at home, this is a pretty good choice.
