What to Expect

Riesling is a chameleon of a grape, able to produce world class wines that range from bone dry to unctuously sweet. Germany is most closely associated with Riesling, where all styles are made and the range of flavors runs the gamut from steely and crisp with crunchy mineral-driven flavors to fresh lime, apple and peach flavored expressions - even rich honied, candied fruit tones in the great dessert wines.

WINE [yellow tail] Riesling is made with grapes sourced from the highest quality vineyards. The fruit is harvested cool at night to retain maximum freshness and flavour. Free run juice is then cold fermented using specially selected aromatic yeast. Once completed, the wine is cold stabilised and cold filtered to retain rich aromas and freshness. The wine is bottled on the estate.

FLAVOUR [yellow tail] Riesling immediately hits you with zesty lemon and lime aromas. This light, refreshing Riesling will leap from your glass and you may read more...even catch a hint of orange blossom. Luscious and lively, bursting with fresh fruit and subtle cinnamon undertones, this wine is full of flavour.
