I like Yellow Tail wines. This one I have only tried once. I enjoyed how it was not too sweet of a white to distract from dinner, but still had presence.

Green apple and that was about it. But it was really nice. However I did not finish it and the bottle had to spend the night in the fridge. On day two it had gained complexity. I could now taste grapes and other fruity notes, however it lost a lot of its appeal in the tradeoff. It is good wine, but my advice is to finish the bottle the day you open it.
