Yellow Tail "Chardonnay" South Eastern 2008
The [yellow tail] Chardonnay is a blend of selected parcels of fruit from some of Australia's best Chardonnay growing areas. Using fruit from the Hunter Valley, Cowra and Riverina we have created a wine with incredible freshness and character. This wine exhibits citrus and honeydew flavors further complexed by creamy French oak aromas. The palate is soft yet fresh with balanced acidity and a soft creamy finish. This wine will develop well over the next few years.
Light crisp, perfect summer time chardonnay for me
Yellow tail chardonnay 2008 Australia. Inexpensive, tropical fruits, simple, crowd pleaser. Not complex, very yellow, brilliant, unoaked.
