Wine Tasting NotesThe [yellow tail] Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon embodies the essence of all great Australian red wines. Aromas of ripe, black cherries, mint and sweet French oak reward the senses. Velvety smooth tannins provide excellent structure and length to this complex, elegant wine. Concentrated blackberry and cassis flavors complemented by spicy vanillin oak linger on the palate and demand another glass.
