Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Winemaker's Notes:

This Argentinian Malbec is definitely a great bang for your buck. Sold as a liter rather than a standard 750mL bottle, this organically grown Malbec is packaged in eco-friendly box. However, the wine is defintely the greatest part of the deal. It boasts berry fruits that aren't too jammy, a mixture of plum and spices on the nose, and a well-structured firm body. So if you want to go green, why not do so with Yellow + Blue?Cheese Pairings: New York 2-Year Cheddar, Pecorino RomanoFood Pairings: Beef Enchiladas, Braised Lamb Shanks, Grilled Flat Iron Steak
