Yarden Gewurztraminer 2015

Member Review by Pickit4flavor:

not bad, a tad tart, but a better wine for Passover V/S the sweet wines that are the normal fare for the festival.

While ready to drink, the 2007 Yarden Gewurztraminer will remain in good shape for a couple of years following the harvest. The character of the wine stands well alone as an aperitif and is also enjoyed with strong-flavored foods, such as a good fish stew or with Indian foods that may have a certain heat to them. This flavorful wine offers a lingering, complex finish. This wine is Kosher for Passover.
