Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Everything about this mass-market Chard works. The nose has some pleasant nectarine and apricot aromas, while the mouth is racy and lively, and loaded with mango, pear and honeydew flavors. The finish is fruity, if a tad sweet. Nevertheless it's fresh and clean, and it leaves a good lasting impression. Anyone who likes a sweeter-styled white will fancy this.

Given the price range at which this wine completes, it's something. The aromas are clean and pure: there's attractive honey, pineapple and citrus. Cuddly flavors of orange, melon and pear are harmonious, while the finish is clean and pure, albeit short. Medium-bodied and satisfying.

Bright and juicy, with pear and fig fruit, and a dose of toast on the finish that will win its fans. Drink now.

Toasty oak accents a bouquet of pineapple and tropical fruit. Crisp, elegant, round and mouthfilling.

Clean and inoffensive, with light pear and apple aromas. This is usually one of the best inexpensive South American Chardonnays, and it's no different this go around. There's citrus, melon and structure. Tangy but not sour; sweet but not artificially so.
