2010 Vintage adds some Dolcetto (17%) to the blend, still a prominent Syrah (56%), with 17% Petite Sirah, 11% Malbec. Each year these improve, a great value for an interesting wine.
Sweet on the nose, acidic, tastes like blackberries and cherries
Wooooh boy! Drinking this in the comfort of my own home and it is kicking my ass! It's purple, it's spicy, it's somewhat dry but it hits me just right!
An improvement over the 2007 blend. Recommended for a wine that could appeal to a variety of tastes. Still a bit heavy on the fruit, but has more character than before. Good finish.
Full fruity, jammy nose & palate with notes of blackberry and black pepper with moderate tannins.
Nice pleasant California Cab. Not too oakey.
