Wyndham Estate Chardonnay Dalwood Bin 222 Sparkling 1980

Member Review by Mimi Kim:

It's nose has hints of lemon and melon fruit characters with some nutty underlying yeast complexity. Its palate is soft and elegant with citrus notes and an acidic well balanced finish.

George Wyndham became the father of Australian shiraz after planting Australia's first commercial Shiraz vineyard in 1830. Their Wyndham Estate Sparkling Chardonnay Bin 222 is pale straw and has vibrant green hues, a fine bead with a creamy persistent mousse.
