Nice light aroma of oak followed by a good balance of crisp green apple and vanilla. Dry, nutty (but subtle) smooth rolled oat finish lingers on the palate. I would pair this with pork loin. Overall pleasant.

Remember the breakfast cereal "Sugar Smacks"? Some kind of puffed wheat with a brown sugar coating--had a distinct flavor and aftertaste in the milk? Well in this wine, the nose showed it predominately, that Sugar Smacks thing, and then the taste confirmed it. Hurray for Pennsylvania's efforts to grow wine . Please keep trying.
