Thirty years ago, Robert Mondavi set out to establish a wine culture in America by putting great California wine on every table. Invigorated by the success of Robert Mondavi Winery in the Napa Valley, in 1979 he established the Woodbridge Winery near his childhood home of Lodi, California.
a good fruity wine at a bargain price
Smells and tastes like the library in an old mansion. Cedar, leather, black pepper, and spices. Has substance. A zin with body. Great change of pace wine from other zins and cabs.
This is a full-bodied wine... goes great slightly chilled. Be careful because it will have you feeling good with one glass.
External Reviews for Woodbridge Twin Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon
Bright and lively with nice balance and acidity. Hints of oak mixed with herb, cedar and red fruits.
A little thin in flavor, but honest and robust, with thick tannins framing blackberries, cherries, currants and herbs. A very good price for a Cab this easy to drink.
