Our 2010 Sauvignon Blanc expresses sharp citrus and tropical fruit character woven together with enticing spice and lemongrass nuances. The ripe tropical aromas give the impression of a sweet wine, but the dry, crisp flavors —with hints of lime on the finish—make a perfect complement to seafood. Our Sauvignon Blanc’s zingy style goes beautifully with appetizers such as crab cakes, calamari or ceviche, and fresh salads.
