Drip irrigation controlled by a computer system through meters and tensiometers.<br/><br/>Type of Harvest: Harvesting done by hand at 32 degrees Balling. Yield 4 tons per hectare.<br/><br/>Vinification Method: Style: Premium quality. Full-bodied, unwooded white wine. Vinification: Cold fermentation. Stop fermentation with filtration. Produced from the best fruit available each vintage - hand-selected grapes. Minimal intervention in the natural process of vinification, allowing both the cultivar and the terroir to express their individual characteristics.
