Yield 8 tons per hectare.<br/><br/>Vinification Method: Style: Premium quality. Full-bodied, oak-matured white wine. Vinification: Produced from the best fruit available each vintage - hand-selected grapes. Fermented in new French oak barrels for 5 months. Minimal intervention in the natural process of vinification, allowing both the cultivar and the terroir to express their individual characteristics.
