The goal with this wine is to showcase our terroir. My philosophy is to bring together vibrancy and freshness with rich, ripe fruit characters. Shiny light golden color. The nose is full of ripe lush fruit-lime, pear and peach, layered with beautiful yeast notes and minerality. The mouth-feel is full, with a fine creaminess well-balanced by playful acidity and flinty character. The finish is lively with fine lees and hints of toasted oak. This perfect food wine shows why Chardonnay is such a great variety. -Roman Roth, Winemaker/Technical Director

Winemaker's Notes:

Light golden color. Ripe and complex aromas of peaches mixed with vanilla, honey and classic flintiness. The mouth-feel is thick and complex yet incredibly elegant displaying ripe and lush fruit characters balanced by fine acidity, mineral and toasted walnut. The wine has a long finish with hints of toasted oak. [The Hamptons, Long Island, N.Y.]
