I visited this Wolf Mountain Vineyard in winter of 2007. The view from the terrace cafe was an absolutely breathtaking panorama of the North Georgia Blue Mountains. Rolling hillside vineyards and a beautiful ridgeline view compliment the menu which includes a variety of seasonal dishes and cheese plates. The chanteloup or "Song of the Wolf" was especially delicious and refreshing, as it is blended with steel aged viognier, bringing out the vibrant fruit flavors without being overtly sweet on the palate. Definite 'must try'. Also if you like an even less oakey white, you might try their "Plenitude" which is 100% steel aged.
