Wolf Blass Sémillon-Sauvignon Blanc Blend Sémillon Sauvignon Red Label 2012

Winemaker's Notes:

Founded in 1896 by the Willm family, Alsace Willm was the first Alsace producer to export wines to the United States after Prohibition. This 2012 Reserve Riesling is 100% Riesling aged 2-3 months on lees, with bottling occuring 8-10 months after the harvest. A pale golden color, it offers an aromatic citrus and floral notes on the nose. On the nose, fresh citrus fruit flavor with good acidity and length."Crackling with bright acidity, this sleek white offers a fine array of yellow and green apple, crunchy white peach, mango, blood orange and anise, with a lip-smacking, mineral-tinged finish." – Wine Spectator (90 Points)
