Very pale yellow in the glass. Very faint, though somewhat stony nose. Spritzy, effervescent on the front of the palate. Moves to lightly fruity--almost peachy. Somewhat minerally in the back of the palate. Slight mineral note on the finish. It will be interesting to see how this goes with tonight's pork tenderloin.US$9.99
