Winter's Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir Dry Rosé 2015

Winemaker's Notes:

Strawberry, melon, lime and orange zest pop out of the glass on the nose. The palate is highlighted with melon, tropical zest, and finishes with delicate tannin from the oak barrel. The finish is long and mouthwatering. The 2015 Rosé was created from a saignée of selected blocks of our estate Pinot Noir. Fermentation and aging in French oak barrels for four months provide it with elegant structure and tannins.
